I have a broad technical background with the ability to quickly formulate and articulate business/product strategy.

Having spent a decade living in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, I bring a global view of markets and a unique perspective when tackling challenges, understanding competitive landscapes, and uncovering hidden opportunities.

Golden Rules

KISS. Keep it simple, stupid. Less is more. Remove complexity, simplify the message to ensure your message communicates the right message. 

Culture eats strategy. Strategy drives focus & direction, but culture is the habitat in which a company’s strategy lives or dies. Strategy is about intent and ingenuity, but culture determines and measures desire, engagement, and execution. 

Delight your customers. The customer experience should transverse the entire company. Remove friction everywhere, make it easy for customers to do business with you. 

Fail fastBe prepared for failure, learn from it, adjust and get back out there Rarely does the first version of anything work so be ready to pivot. Keep moving forward and never give up.

Know what success looks like. If you can not define success, how will you know when you get there. Set milestones that are realistic and use KPI to measure your progress. Reward yourself and the team when to get wins, big and small.
